Heather Pitch worked as a lecturer and senior trainer in Further and Higher Education for more than twelve years, developing an extensive portfolio of skills. As an elected Academic Staff Governor, she also gained an invaluable insight into the many elements that contribute to the running of a further education establishment. A former Chief Examiner for the Royal Society of Arts, she is currently a Qualifications Consultant and Trainer for BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT.
