Working alongside schools to shape the ICT project, Craig prepared the council for contract negotiations through the development of an agreed Output Specification. Planning and delivering an all-encompassing ICT service for all permanently excluded children across Nottinghamshire, including those with complex health related needs. The project involved partnership working with multiple NHS trusts and a range of public and private bodies.
