About the Business
We are a family business, started in 1995. Our shop is in Brecon, from where we sell computers, printers, inks, and parts. We repair computers and sort out problems such as viruses and provide training. Our customers are from a very large area covering most of Powys and Carmarthenshire. We have special expertise in web design, networking, training and digital photography, working both in-house and on-site.
Our company aim, whilst keeping our prices competitive, is to provide a much better level of customer support than the major chains. New systems are provided with 1 Year's on-site warranty and our prices include delivery and installation.
If you are considering purchasing a new computer, we will spend time with you discussing your requirements, we will deliver and set up the computer, usually within 1 week. In addition we would if required, spend time showing you how to use the computer, help you to set up Internet connections and transfer data for you from old computers.
